Director of Neonatal & Pediatric Intensive Care Service, Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Hyderabad Has worked for 7 years in Australia & England in some of the most prestigious Neonatal and Pediatric intensive care units. Jayesh Ranjan is the Principal Secretary of the Industries and Commerce (I&C) and Information Technology (IT) Departments of the Telangana government. His assignment involves developing policy frameworks, attracting new investments, identifying opportunities of utilizing IT in various government processes, and promoting digital empowerment of citizens.

Oli is a British/Irish national with over 25 years experience in education and leadership, 22 years of which have been in IB international schools in Spain, China, Japan, Sri Lanka and Peru. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University in the U.S.
Oli taught IGCSE, and IBDP History for many years and was an IB Diploma Coordinator for 10 years in the Asia Region. She has been a secondary principal an assistant head of school in two international schools and this is her first headship. She has experience leading curriculum and professional development, whole school community service and experience with CIS, WASC, MSA and NEASC accreditation as well as IB authorization visits.
