Baby of Punam Devi Twin 2 is diagnosed as Extreme Preterm (26+6 weeks), Extreme Low Birth Weight (900 grams), Baby Boy, Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Apnea of Prematurity, Deranged Coagulation profile, Cardiac- Moderate to Large PDA, Hypotension, Suspected Early Onset Sepsis, Umbilical Lines, Neonatal Jaundice, Anemia of Prematurity, Feed Intolerance. Baby needs 5-7 weeks of hospital stay.
