Anil Kumar

Anil Kumar is the Chairman and Trustee of Heal-a-Child 

He has been with the foundation since it’s inception.

Anil Kumar was  VP of the Times of Group of Publication.

He is on the board of United Way Hyderabad Chapter and is advisor to the Rachnoutsav Events Pvt Ltd.,

He is also one of the founding members of the Hyderabad 10K Foundation, which was a pioneer in conducting the Hyderabad City Run. He was President of the Advertising Club of Hyderabad

Anil is part of the Working Committee at HAC and is responsible for raising funds from corporates & individuals.

Caroline Bradshaw

Caroline Bradshaw is a Trustee of Heal-a-Child

Director, Y Axis Overseas Careers. Master’s in Business Adminstration and now the Director of India’s largest overseas & immigration consulting firm. Has a vast Business & Corporate Experience.

Caroline is a part of the Working Committee at HAC and is responsible for recruitment, daily operations, paperwork & record keeping of HAC.

Dr. Dinesh Chirla

Dr. Dinesh Chirla is a Trustee of Heal-a-Child

Director of Neonatal & Pediatric Intensive Care Service, Rainbow Children’s Hospital Group, MD (Ped), DM, FRCPCH (UK), FNNF, Fellow in Neonatology(Australia), Fellow in PICU(UK). 

Has worked for 7 years in Australia & England in some of the most prestigious Neonatal and Pediatric intensive care units. Expertise includes care of very small preterm babies, transporting very sick neonate, high frequency oscillation and Nitric Oxide therapy and management of sick children.

Established high standards of intensive care & saved extremely small preterm newborns to very sick pediatric patients,

Dr. Dinesh is part of the Medical Board at HAC and is responsible for evaluating cases that come to HAC for support.

Dr. Jayesh Ranjan

Dr. Jayesh Ranjan is a Trustee of Heal-a-Child

Indian Administrative Service(IAS), Principal Secretary of I&C, IT Dept. of the Telangana Govt. Jayesh Ranjan is a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of the 1992 batch. He holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Delhi University, a degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Masters in Public Management from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.

Jayesh Ranjan is the Principal Secretary of the Industries and Commerce (I&C) and Information Technology (IT) Departments of the Telangana government. His assignment involves developing policy frameworks, attracting new investments, identifying opportunities of utilising IT in various government processes, and promoting digital empowerment of citizens.

Dr Jayesh Ranjan is part of the Working Committee at HAC and is responsible for raising funds from corporates & individuals.

Dr. Kiran Krishnamurti

Dr. Kiran Krishamurthi  is a Trustee of Heal-a-Child

Consultant Pediatrician, Andromeda Consultant pediatrician who has been in private practice in Hyderabad for over 38 years. Actively associated with various NGOs involved with orphans, street children and children with visual impairment.

Dr. Kiran is part of the Medical Board at HAC and is responsible for evaluating cases that come to HAC for support.

Dr. Pramod G

Dr. Pramod G is a Trustee of Heal-a-Child

Managing Director, Fernandez Foundation

Dr. Pramod,  MD, DCH, has completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Bellary and his MD in Paediatrics from Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal. 

He has joined the Fernandez medical team in 1994 and has played a key role in the Fernandez journey ever since. He is a firm believer and practitioner of respectful care for both the mother and the newborn. Over the years, Dr Pramod has introduced several innovations and best practices to ensure this philosophy is practiced. Apart from ensuring the best clinical practices and training for doctors and nurses, he has introduced the first Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) ward at Fernandez Hospital in 2004 after a detailed study in South Africa. He also set up the first Human Milk Bank in a private hospital in 2007.

In 2019, he took charge of Fernandez Foundation as the CEO. He has led the establishment of the Fernandez Child Development Centre (FCDC) which cares for children with special needs. Most recently,  Dr Pramod Gaddam was appointed as the Managing Director of Fernandez Foundation.

Rachna Mehta

Rachna Mehta is a Trustee of Heal-a-Child

Entrepreneur with over 25+ years of work experience, where 12 years was corporate experience with companies like Taj, British Airways, Thomas Cook & Emirates Airline. 

Now an entrepreneur since 2007, founded and managed various companies.  In 2007 got the Master Franchise for Gymboree, US and ran it in India for over a decade. Founded an online shopping portal after that. 

Since end 2019 is a successful Jewellery Designer – under the brand name Rachna Mehta Jewellery. 

Married with two kids – Moksh & Nirvaan. 

Rachna is part of the Working Committee at HAC and is responsible for raising funds from corporates & individuals.

Sabina Xavier

Sabina Xavier is the Founder and Trustee of Heal-a-Child

Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Y-Axis.  Y-Axis is a global career consulting company with offices and 1500 staff across India, Australia, Canada, the UK and Dubai.  It assists those looking to work, study, visit or migrate overseas. Y-Axis creates Global Indians. 

Sabina is the Chapter Chair of YPO Hyderabad Integrated.  YPO is the world’s largest leadership community of chief executives — over 34,000 extraordinary global members, coming together to become better leaders and better people. Sabina leads the Hyderabad Chapter for 2023-24. 

Sabina founded Heal-a-Child Foundation (HAC) in 2010 and it is Hyderabad’s most well- known charity organization. HAC provides last mile financial support to poor and critically ill children and has saved over 2000 newborns and babies. 

Sabina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Francis College for Women, Hyderabad, is widely travelled, worked in the USA, UK and Australia. She is married with two young daughters.

Sruthi Reddy

Sruthi Reddy is a Trustee of Heal-a-Child

The Founder and chief designer of Sruthi Reddy Studio. A talented clothing and jewelry designer, Sruthi is focused on reviving and keeping alive traditional crafts and skills and giving opportunities to Karigars. She works with handloom weavers, hand embroiderers, dyers, and tailors to create beautiful clothes in natural fabrics that are retailed all over India and has found a place in LFW’s Design Showcase. She also works with jewelers to innovate and make traditional designs modern and more accessible and to create unique designs that blend both aesthetics.

Sruthi has a B.A. in English Literature from Stella Maris College, Madras University, and a Bachelor of Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Hyderabad.

Sruthi is part of the Working Committee at HAC and is responsible for raising funds from corporates & individuals.
