Master Vignesh is a 8 years 9 months old boy, who alleged to have sustained burns due to electrical shock at his residence on 22.04.2026 at 4 AM. The child is diagnosed as Electric burns – 15-20 %, Pregengrenous changes of left upper limb and right lower limb, Fasciotomy+ Debridement done under GA on 23.04.2026, Debridement+ left below elbow amputation+ right 4th toe amputation+ right great toe debridement done under GA on 27.04.2026.

HAC has agreed to support 75000/- for this child’s treatment.
