Diagnosis: Very Preterm, Extreme Low Birth Weight, Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Apnea of Prematurity, Asymptomatic Hypoglycemia, Coagulopathy, Shock, Suspected early onset sepsis, Neonatal Jaundice.
