Twin 1 of Madhavi is Extreme Preterm of 27+4 weeks, Extreme Low Birth Weight of 882 grams, Baby boy, Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Cardiac – Hypotensive Shock, Apnea of Prematurity, Early Onset Sepsis, Umbilical Lines, NNJ, Congenital Talipes Equino Varus. The baby needs 5-6 weeks of hospital care.
