Baby of Samreen Fathima was admitted on 05.05.2026 and is diagnosed as Late Preterm (34+2 weeks), RDS, Mild Pulmonary Hemorrhage, PPHN, Neonatal Seizures, Suspected early onset Sepsis, Pneumonia, Apnea of Prematurity, NNJ, Suspected Syndromic Facies. The baby needs 2-3 weeks of hospital care.
