Baby of Sharada Twin 1 is diagnosed as Very preterm (30 weeks), 630 grams, extremely low Birth Weight, Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Small PDA with moderate with severe PAH, and Sepsis. The baby needs 8-9 weeks of hospitalization.
